Ben and Pete have worked medical malpractice cases in Oklahoma for more than 30 years and they’ve tried over 150 cases to Oklahoma juries. During the first 20 years of their careers they were hired by physicians, their insurance companies and hospitals to defend medical malpractice cases. In 2006 Butts & Marrs was formed and Ben and Pete began representing patients and their families in medical malpractice cases. Since that time they have successfully brought medical malpractice cases for more than 150 patients and their families. Their cases have involved death, brain injury, paralysis, loss of limb, loss of sight and loss of major organ function. Ben and Pete are both Fellows in the American College of Trial Lawyers and both are board certified by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys, a joint recognition achieved by no other Oklahoma plaintiffs law firm. They have the experience, expertise and resources to handle the biggest cases and compassion and understanding to recognize the importance of every case, large or small.
